Prof Peter Flemhing - City University London depicted real picture of Human Capital in Corporate Sector in The Gurdian Newspaper.
He writes that "company put pressure to employee Garry to go on leave. Company feeling that this good employee can decrease his efficiency through continues work. Consequence is that He went on holiday with two friends but company saw that mail coming from him after period of 20 minutes".
Reason is that he carried smartphone with himself when he was on holiday. Garry was doing this because of their habit.
Number of employee cancel their leave because of work load. If you asked to employee switch off their phone during lunch hour, you can see his reaction.
This corporate culture or slogan "every time on work" truly expressed by Mobil phones".
If employees do work on every time or 24x7. It means companies do pressure to handle high load of work by single employee. Or one single employee managed work of 2 or 3 employee.
I have seen an on big 4 consultancy firm that employees working 24x7 hours with the help of smoking &  liquor.
According to liberal economist that people consider themselves as a human capital instead of human being. The best way to enhance this capital by way to do 24x7 work. This is the point where gradually life and work mixed together. So it is difficult  to identify separately.
If we see at large level so find that consequences are health problems and deterioration of efficiency of employees.
Some of company  took the decision that employee must take mandatory leave after periodical time and mails get deleted automatically when employees on the leave.
So need of hour is that mentors of corporate sector should  change their mindset towards concept of human capital.
